This card is NOT insurance. It is a discount-only program and is not intended as a substitute for insurance. Discounts on prescription drugs are available only at participating pharmacies and vary by drug and pharmacy. Cannot be combined with insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid on the same prescription. This card is free. You pay for prescriptions at the time of purchase.
How to use it: take the card (screenshot or download) to any participating pharmacy and show it when you drop off or pick up a prescription. The pharmacist enters the BIN, PCN, and Group numbers and applies the discount. You can use a different name for each family member as the Member ID.
Discounts vary by drug and pharmacy. This is a discount program, not insurance — if you have insurance, ask the pharmacist whether the card or your insurance gives the better price on each medication.
